Mark Sanchez received his Bachelor’s in Music Education from Baylor University and his Masters in Music in Instrumental Studies with a Concentration in Violin Performance from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is currently in pursuit of a Performers Certificate in violin at Southern Methodist University. He has been under the tutelage of renowned violinist Eugene Cherkasov, Dr. Eka Gogigashvili, Dr. Kirsten Yon, William Preucil, Dr. Elizabeth Adkins, and currently with Professor Diane Kitzman.

In addition to his orchestral experiences at the collegiate level, Mark has also performed as a section violinist with the Waco Symphony and Temple Symphony. He currently serves as principal with the Brazos Chamber Orchestra and the Mansfield Philharmonic. He and his wife Keji were selected to perform for the prestigious annual Stephen Barr Memorial Concert Series at Texas Wesleyan University. Mark has also performed as a soloist with the Mansfield Philharmonic.
